My passion for production stems from my love of great songs, and for the life that a great production breathes into an already exceptional song.  I am always concerned with how best am I serving the song - the melody, the lyric and the artist.  Everything else must be considered only support for these most important elements.   As a producer, I approach a song, EP or album as a project, not a work day. I don’t compete against time at the expense of the production.  

I also have no patience for shitty songs with a whole lot of production covering up how little existed before production began.  My inspiration comes from a song that could survive 5 different arrangements from 5 different artists in 5 different genres.  

Wherever there is an inspired idea, nothing should stand in its way.
